Questions

Good to know.

Is Bloop Plus a subscription?

No. It's one payment of $6.99 and it's yours. Nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. Logging, history and check-ins stay free either way.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-in. Your log stays on your iPhone. To move phones, save a backup file in Settings and restore it on the new one.

Who can see my logs?

Only you, on your phone. Nothing is shared unless you export a CSV or make a doctor report and send it yourself.

Does Bloop collect anything?

Anonymous usage stats and crash reports, so we can see which features get used and fix bugs: which screens open and which buttons get tapped, never what you log. They aren't linked to you, and you can turn them off in Settings. The privacy policy has the details.

What does "usual for you" mean?

Bloop works out your typical gap between movements from your own logs (or from what you tell it on the first day) and shows the time since your last one next to it. If it's been much longer than usual, Today says so.

Is it useful for IBS or constipation?

Many people use a log like this for IBS, IBD, constipation, a new medicine or before a doctor's appointment. Bloop keeps the record; it doesn't diagnose or give medical advice.

Who is Milo?

Milo is Bloop's gut buddy. He walks you through the basics, like the Bristol scale, and has opinions about your logging. He runs entirely on your phone; there's no AI chat.
